Eligibility for Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if:
- The request is made within 12 hours of placing the order
- The order has not yet been processed or shipped
Orders that have already been processed, packaged, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
In this case, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Confirmation of Cancellation
Once your request is received and verified, our support team will send a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
- It may take up to 5 additional business days for the funds to appear
No shipping charges apply if the order has not been dispatched.
Exceptions
Certain orders cannot be cancelled once placed:
- Orders that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped

Partial Order Cancellation
If your order includes multiple items:
- Only items that have not been processed can be cancelled

- Remaining items will be shipped as usual

International Orders
For international orders:
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible
